DangerDen - Fill Port (G1/4"), Delrin, Black

Streamline the installation of a water cooling system with a Danger Den Fillport. The Delrin Fillport is perfect for Filling or Draining a system easily. Delrin is very lightweight and chemically non-reactive. The cap is nickel-plated brass and a wrench is included.

The Derlin/Acetal Fillport face is a shiny black finish as shown in the accompanying pictures.

Kit Includes:
ò G1/4" threaded 1/2" hose barb. (Note, may be replaced with 3/8" or any size G1/4" threaded barb as required.
ò Hex socket threaded cap (plug)
ò Acrylic or Delrin mounting nut
ò Hex wrench (Allen key) for cap

Installation

ò Drill or cut a 1" (2.54cm) hole in the top or side of the case.
ò Insert the fill port after removing the included mounting nut.
ò Secure it to the case from the reverse side of the panel using the mounting nut.
ò Connect your inlet tubing to the fill port hose barb and then to your tee-line or reservoir as applicable.
ò Secure the inlet tubing at both ends using a hose clamp, cable tie or preferred method, as required.
