EKWB - Stock on its way!
Stock for unfulfilled back-orders taken previously (Apr/May) that are still missing in transit somewhere between Australian Customs and Australia Post have been re-ordered and included with this order. ETA on or around 8/7/2010. Incoming stock is now re-listed and available for pre-order. (Note that pre-order stock due 8/7/2010 have product names prefixed with 'PO: ')
The following products could not be ordered due to EKWB stock:

The EKWB back-order period has been extended until Monday morning due to earliest shipping from EKWB next week. If you need something specific from EKWB, NOW is a good time to get it.

Update:
New Shipping Module - Mostly resolved
The new shipping module should now be functioning correctly with 'mostly' accurate quotes provided for all Australia Post and Fastway Couriers services. For international customers, Express Post International (EPI) and Express Courier International (ECI) services are now available and quoted accordingly. Shipping quotes are based on parcel sizes calculated from product weight and dimensions and as such could be inaccurate if the shipping weights and dimensions in the database are erroneous. If you are presented with an unexpected or unreasonable shipping quote, please don't hesitate to contact us with details and we'll gladly look into it.

Update:
New Shipping Module - teething issues! :-(
Unfortunately there are some issues with the new shipping module. The old version for Australia Post has been reinstated, which may make it a bit confusing on the shipping screens but at least you can pick and choose from the lowest quoted rates and in some instances will be given options for 'satchels'. Please bear with us while we try to resolve the issues.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are receiving outlandish shipping quotes.

Update:
Most of the back-order stock has now arrived with XSPC arriving late this afternoon. Some EKWB back-ordered products are due end of the week.

EKWB Back-orders - Expecting delivery to GAM Mods by end of week.
EKWB back-order period (previously known as 'Pre-order' for GAM Mods) scheduled for the weekend until late next week. Look out for further announcements once site updated and back-order only products enabled.
New Shipping Module!
On other matters... A new shipping module has been installed and trialling now. New options are available that will be particularly important for our many non-East Coast customers. 'Satchel' options for both Australia Post and Fastway Couriers are now available for selection during checkout and shopping cart shipping estimates. This should make a big difference to customers in WA, SA, NT and most other non-metro areas. Beware when choosing a satchel method as there are significant limits on what can be shipped in a satchel in terms of physical size, etc. If in doubt, DO NOT choose a satchel method. Alternatively, contact me in advance and I'll try to confirm for you prior to placing your order.
Please bear with me if any difficulties are experienced and don't hesitate to let me know what you think of the new options and shipping quote system. I'm anticipating some very happy customers. :-D
